3. Delivery Process

Once your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your digital product key(s) and relevant instructions for redemption or activation. It is crucial to ensure that the email address provided during purchase is correct and accessible, as this is the primary means of delivery.

4. Delivery time

Our goal is to deliver your digital product code(s) in a timely manner. In most cases, you should receive the code(s) within minutes of a successful transaction. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as payment verification and the specific product purchased. All deliveries are made according to the GMT-3 time zone, and the maximum delivery time is 24 hours from the confirmation of the purchase.

5. Missing or delayed emails

If you do not receive your digital product key(s) within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder. Occasionally, email providers may incorrectly classify our messages as spam. If you can’t find the email, please contact our customer support team and we’ll help you resolve the issue promptly.
