Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund and Return Conditions

For digital products, such as software and activation codes, the conditions are:

  • Afterthoughts on Purchase: The customer can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as the product has not been downloaded or activated.
  • Defective product: If the activation code is invalid or there are errors that prevent you from using the product.

2. Terms for Claim

  • Purchase Afterthoughts: 7 days from purchase.
  • Defective product: Within 30 days of purchase, provided it has not been activated or used.

3. Refund or Support Procedure

To request support or a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • Product Name
  • Order number
  • Registered email
  • Reason for request (include screenshots, if applicable)

Our team will review the case and provide you with instructions for refunding or resolving the issue.

4. Refund

  • Credit Card: Reimbursement on two successive invoices.
  • Bank Transfer (TED): Transfer to the cardholder’s account, within 10 working days.
  • PIX: Transfer via PIX, within 3 business days.
